Brand Story

Cécile Zarokian, one of the world’s most renowned perfumers — celebrated for her artistic creativity and her ability to craft scents that are both expressive and accessible — was invited to create a fragrance that evokes the individual’s journey toward the highest peaks of existence.

The fragrance

PEAK is a poetic interpretation of nature, representing the individual’s ascent to personal greatness, inspired by the climb to a majestic mountain summit.

We begin this journey at the foot of the mountain, where inspiration arises from the crisp air and the scent of green meadows. Along the way, floral notes and forest accords gently envelop us. At the summit, clouds dissolve into powdery swirls of vanilla, frankincense, and musk, wrapping us in warmth and silence.

Each note reveals a state of mind, a new altitude — culminating in the quiet satisfaction of reaching the peak.

The Paroxysm

To illustrate this fascinating olfactory journey, the fragrance set off on a climb to the highest peaks. Worn by Yousef Alshatti, twice-record-breaking athlete and President of the Kuwaiti Olympic Committee, the scent of heights conquered Everest and gave it a new name: PEAK.

I watched this incredible video and was struck by this fascinating story about endurance, success and the importance of perfume in our lives.

I had the opportunity to interview the protagonist of this unique campaign, who shared his impressions of working with CZAR Fragrances and the feelings he had about the elegant scents of PEAK fragrance:

Q: What does fragrance represent for a professional athlete?

A: Fragrance is the reflection of the athletes and represents their personality through it, and shows their identity.

Q: How was it to promote a creation signed by Cécile Zarokian?

A: It was great because it made the creation so unique.

A: It was WOW because it’s a very brave and bold smell.

Q: How do you think PEAK manages to convey the idea of ascent and personal achievement?

A: I think it’s AMAZING because the name PEAK it’s a mirror for everything achievable and remarkable.

Q: What makes it stand out from other niche fragrances?

A: I think the strong unaccepted mix, which made the smell very unique, and you can use it summer and winter.
